[How to use[
For Hiyashi somen(Cold Somen). For sauteed food such as sphagetti, chanpuru, etc. making use of elasticity and thickness. Somen in warm soup during winter.
Please keep in a cool and dark place away from high temperature and humidity.
The freshness date is 2 years after manufacturing.
